HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can permanently delete your Cue account and all associated data directly from within the app. Follow these simple steps:

Open the Cue app on your device

Tap the profile image circle in the top right to navigate to Profile & Settings

Scroll down and tap the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button

Confirm your decision when prompted

WHAT DATA GETS DELETED?

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your profile information
  • All challenge data and progress
  • Activity history and statistics
  • Account preferences and settings
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
